Who Do We Work With?
We work with a diverse population of children, adolescents and adults, couples and special interest groups. Those who identify in a variety of ways related to age, gender, race, sexuality, and religion have found our work together to be very helpful in navigating the complex issues they’re facing in their lives.
Many of the people who choose to work with us are highly motivated professionals who are independent, self-reliant, and achievement-focused, but often struggle with self-defeating thoughts and patterns of behavior that keep them feeling stuck. We also work with many high-school and college students, high-achievers that face social and academic pressures.
What Services Do We Offer?
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a process in a setting that is safe, caring, and confidential that allows you to explore your feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of your life that you would like to change, better understand yourself and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.
Couples Counseling
Couples counseling is a process through which we will work with both you and your partner to identify specific areas of conflict and/or aspects of your relationship you would like to change. Together we will develop a plan to improve both individual's satisfaction and contentment that aligns with your values and needs. Couples counseling is most beneficial when both partners agree to actively work towards growth and change.
